Our service enables the direct on-site exchange of exhausted ion exchange resins. Freshly regenerated resins are filled directly on site, and the exhausted resin is safely collected in our specialized service vehicles. This resin is then completely regenerated in our ultra-modern regeneration plant in Wiesbaden and returned to the ORBEN quality pool. In this way, you benefit from a fast, seamless solution without downtime and with maximum efficiency.

Our team is fast and highly qualified. All employees attend regular training courses, which means that they are not only always up to date with the latest technical knowledge, but are also able to answer questions outside the box. Our experts offer you comprehensive on-site advice, even if your needs change. In doing so, we test your entire system and adapt our solutions to your specific needs.
For cartridges under 60 liters, you always get your own cartridge back — the resin is replaced directly on site in the equipped service vehicle, there is no exchange with third-party cartridges.
You always keep your own cartridge. This makes us unique, especially with our nationwide presence. Cartridges over 60 liters are exchanged for a replacement cartridge on site, and you will receive your own cartridge back for the next exchange the next time you visit. This means that you always have your own cartridges here too.
Our on-site service is unique in Germany. We take care of all steps directly on site: from disconnecting at the point of application, to replacing the resin in the vehicle, to reconnecting at the application site. You don't have to worry about anything — no shipping, no packaging, no collection.
In addition, our employees carry out minor repairs when visiting, such as replacing seals and filter stockings. Our service employees have a large number of different spare parts with them and can immediately replace defective parts if necessary.
As a rule, everything is done right on the first appointment, without the need for a second trip.
