At the heart of our principle is our regeneration station, the largest of its kind in Europe. Here, we regenerate up to 40,000 liters of ion exchange resin every day, which is processed using a complex, environmentally friendly process and returned to the cycle with full capacity and quality. This technology enables us to create sustainable solutions for a wide range of applications that can be used across industries — from drinking water treatment to industrial and domestic heating systems.
We also consistently use reusable resins in the area of heating and building technology. At ORBEN, refill and refill units, which have mostly been equipped with disposable resins, use regenerative high-performance mixed-bed resins. The series SERASTIL for heating water refills show the success of this philosophy: They comply with standards, are sustainable and contribute to easy monitoring of resin capacity through color change. Exhausted resin is collected, regenerated and reused — a cycle that avoids waste and offers HVAC specialists a cost-effective alternative.
