The small and compact plastic mixed-bed ion exchangers are used wherever small amounts of ultrapure water are required. The systems reliably supply sterilizers or produce ultrapure water for general laboratory applications. The devices are also used in industry, e.g. to produce battery water.

The systems are completed with a precise digital conductivity meter, a set of hoses for connection to the drinking water pipe and a wall bracket (DL 450 only).
